North Central PDP Zonal Election Ends in Chaos as Vice chair aspirant Walk out during Exercise

The crises in the Peoples Democratic Party PDP are far from over as the North Central zonal party election yesterday ended in chaos.
AbeyaNews reports that a chieftain of the party and aspirant vying for the office of Vice chairman of the North Central zone, Hon. Stephen Abraham Ajiya, staged a walkout during the exercise.
Angered by the shenanigans in the zonal election, Ajiya said the party may soon go into extinction as its leaders have succumbed to the ruling APC pressure.
The zonal vice chairmanship aspirant, who spoke exclusively after walking out of the Jos election Saturday, said that he had rejected financial inducement from the PDP Caucus, made up of both serving and past Governors, Senators, and members of the NEC early morning before the election began.
” I did walk out of the process when I discovered that the name of a particular candidate was printed on a piece of paper and handed to voters queuing to cast their votes, and when I made my voice heard, I left the venue. No wonder they made me offer before the election. I was called by Abba Moro to make an offer, but I knew that they were not being frank, and should I have mentioned anything, it would have been the end of my political career. I knew that they may have plotted secret cameras here and there to trap me. Even the money they promised may not have been given to me while my name had gone through social media. They did it to one of my friends. They made him a promise after he stepped down, he never saw the money”.
Ajiya further highlighted that the lack of Ideology makes party members vulnerable to money bags. “While I was walking away, I heard Senator Saraki calling me, but I couldn’t imagine such a man trying to talk to me while the election was ongoing while he refused to be seen during my campaign. Those who are of the same age as my father are in Jos collecting bundles of money just to make Nyesom Wike succeed for the benefit of the APC 2027 elections.
“Like I said, what I saw in Jos has signified the end of PDP as a serious political party in Nigeria. This is because some are there just as stooges waiting to be paid for their hatchet jobs”, he said.
